Cancellations of all confirmed bookings: Cancellations will be honored if made 45 days prior to the arrival date, less a 20% service charge. Cancellations, for whatever reason, made within 45 days of your arrival are subject to forfeiture of 100% of your total rent, unless we're able to re-book your rental dates. Naturally, we'll make every effort to fill the dates so a full or partial refund can be made to you. Refund arrangements depend largely on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of the year. For peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance available through airlines, travel agents, and on the net. No refunds may be given for early departure, unless there is a problem which cannot be resolved within 24 hours of notification.
