Arawak House is a traditional Caribbean style wooden house located above Smuggler's Cove offering guests one of the most spectacular views in the area. The outside deck and dining area feature a magnificent panoramic view over Long Bay to Cane Garden Bay, a bird's eye view of Belmont Pond with its flamingos, to the incredible sunset vistas over Smuggler's Cove and Jost van Dyke. The design of the villa is on two levels, lending itself to use by either small or larger groups.
On the upper level, a couple can enjoy the convenience and intimacy of bungalow style living. It features AC in the Master bedroom, en suite bathroom (with separate tub and shower), a high-ceilinged living area, washroom, kitchen, and deck with dining area. This level features telephone, cable TV, DVD, CD player, radio and BBQ. Three sets of French doors open out to the deck, which is furnished with cushioned lounge and sitting chairs. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area supplement the trade winds that cool the house day and night.
The lower level is accessed by a stairway to its own large and shaded deck and entrance. This level features large spaces for family or guest living, including two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, and living area (with a day bed). One bedroom features a queen size bed with two twin beds; the other offers a queen size bed with a single twin. The living area has a fridge, coffee maker, telephone, cable TV and a radio. The bedrooms and living area all have ceiling fans.
