About Eustatia Island
Located in Eustatia Sound off the far northeastern coast of Virgin Gorda, in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Eustatia Island is a 30 acre privately owned volcanic island nestled behind a breathtaking reef with the vast Caribbean Sea disappearing into an uninterrupted horizon. Eustatia is one of the very few islands available for exclusive rental in the entire Caribbean and only one of three available to rent in the BVI.
The surrounding water is all one would dream about in paradise with incredible turquoise colors and ideal 80-85 degree temperatures. The area provides excellent snorkeling and is renown for water sports within the calm protected waters that surround the island.
Neighboring islands are Necker Island, a world famous Virgin Limited Edition luxury retreat, and Mosquito Island, both owned by British billionaire Sir Richard Branson, and Prickly Pear Island, a federally protected and designated National Park with virtually deserted beaches and hiking trails. Across Eustatia Sound on Virgin Gorda is the new Oil Nut Bay Luxury Resort Community and Beach Club. Within the adjacent North Sound area are the renowned Bitter End Yacht Club, Saba Rock Resort, Biras Creek Resort and Leverick Bay Resort and Marina.
